Cancellation Policy
More than 21 days: If the cancellation is notified more than 21 days prior to arrival date the deposit will be refunded, minus all the bank charges and fees.
14 – 07 days: If the cancellation, or amendment to the booking, is notified 14 – 07 days prior to booked arrival date 50% of the basis booked for the total stay will be charged, and the remainder from the deposit, if any, would be refunded, minus all bank charges and fees.
Less than 07 days: If the cancellation, or amendment to the booking, is notified less than 07 days prior to booked arrival date 100% of the basis booked for the total stay will be charged.
No Shows: If a No-show occurs when a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date or does not cancel the reservation in advance, 100% of the basis booked for the total stay will be charged
