Te Dalu Ella shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guest property except to the extent required by applicable law. Guests are responsible for securing valuables and are encouraged to maintain appropriate travel insurance.

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations where such failure or delay arises from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, civil disturbance, strikes, travel disruptions, epidemics, utility failures, weather conditions, or similar force majeure events. Reservations affected by such events may be subject to alternative handling rules communicated at the relevant time.
